In Feng Shui, I play singing bowls to create positive sounds which causes negative energy to disperse. When negative energy is cleared, fresh new chi can flow through the house. Singing bowls also help improve the effectiveness of feng shui.
I use Sage as a great way to cleanse your home of stagnant negative energies.

Cleanse your home energy with Nature.
Nature is immensely powerful, full of wisdom, energy and intelligence that is infinite. You can work with nature to cleanse and boost your home vibes and feel that Nature Magic at work in your life.
–Salt and Rice. If you’ve been reading these notes for a while, you know I love using plain sea salt to clear negative energy. Today, rice enters the mix to deeply purify your space with more elemental power.
If you’ve got some old uncooked rice, you can fill a few small bowls halfway with rice and then add in plain sea salt. Put the bowls around the house anywhere you want to lift the energy higher. I like to leave these for several days, then dump the rice/salt in the trash and refill when I’m ready for the next cleanse!
–Basil. If you can grow a basil plant at home, it’s thought to be wildly abundant! I like to use a few fresh basil leaves to simmer in a pot of water. Remove the leaves after about 10 minutes, cool the “basil tea” completely and use the tea to wash your floors. This is fabulous for more prosperous, high vibe home energy!
–Lemons. As a new season dawns, it’s a great time to add lemon to your water if you enjoy it. And it’s also a great time to keep bowls of lemons out around the house for more fresh energy.
–Flowers. Fresh flowers are incredible high vibration energy. While cut flowers are gorgeous for a weekly frequency tune up at home, flowers in pots — like orchids and violets– are also endlessly enchanting and enduring. This weekend, I leaned way into flower power and brought home a giant box of orchids and roses, and I already want more!
THE TOXINS OF THE HOUSE ARE:
1. Objects You No Longer Use.
2. Clothes You Don’t Like Or Haven’t Used In A While. Damaged underwear.
3. Broken Things.
4. Old cards and notes.
5. Plants that are dead or sick.
6. Receipts and Old Magazines.
9. Shoes Broke.
7. Stuff of all kinds calling the past.
8. If you have children, toys that are not used, that do not work or broken.
WITH CLEANING THEM OUT:
1. Health gets better.
2. Creativity grows.
3. Relationships get better.
4. There is greater reasoning capacity.
5. Improved mood.
QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT HELP CLEANSING:
– Why am I saving that?
– Is it about me today?
– How will I feel if I release that?
Separate and classify:
1. To donate.
2. To throw.
3. To sell.
INSIDE CLEANING REFLECTED OUTSIDE.
1. Avoid extreme noises.
2. Less strong lights.
3. Less saturated colors.
4. Less chemical odors.
5. Less sad memories.
6. Finish unfinished projects.
7. Cultivate positive energy in your home.
Do a general cleaning and use boxes for organization. Start with drawers and cabinets and conclude each piece, do everything at your pace…

b) Arrangements.
c) Recycling.
d) In doubt.
e) Gifts.
(f) Donation.
g) Sell.
As you CLEANSE, watch what changes in you.
As we clean our physical house, we also place order to our mind and heart.
Practice detachment with material things that just fill your space and you’ll see how you’ll slowly be able to do the same with more momentous situations.
